[Archivesspace_Users_Group] duplicate records?

Although the migration tool is improved, we're still getting duplicate records where one is correct and one is erroneous and "not found."  Do people still get duplicate records?

When I try to delete the duplicate Delyte Morris Photo collection I get

Unable to delete records:
["{\"error\":\"Resource not found\"}\n"] [/repositories/4/resources/2190]
