Hi Jared,

So, would it be possible for you to send the EAD files?

For snyder.xml, there's a <cronitem> that seems to be causing an issue.

For  eastman.xml, its a daodesc, but that one seems a little more complicated...I might need to look at the EAD to figure that one out.

Hello Fellow ASpacers,

I am wondering if anybody out there can shed some light on the following error messages I'm getting when I try to import two large (17MB and 9.2MB) and "old" legacy EAD FA's into ASpace.  No doubt there are some issues mapping the older encoding in these files to ASpace but all I'm getting are <NoMethodError>'s, so I am not sure if it is the encoding or the size of the FA's that are causing the problems (or some other completely separate issue).
