[Archivesspace_Users_Group] reordering objects in resource records

Yes, I agree. The problem has nothing to do with dragging and dropping or
moving components myself.

As Elliot said, when I edit an existing component and click save, it often
moves out of order.
I can't say this happens every time, but it happens frequently.
