[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Bulk Date Migration issue

In migrating with the most recent AT to AS tools, I have noticed that bulk dates have migrated as inclusive dates.

I wanted to bring this to your attention if you were not aware. We would definitely like to get these date migrations correct.
