[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Updated Migration Plugin Posted to Members Download Area

An updated version of the migration plugin [v1.0.9.1 (05-29-2014)] has been
posted to the members download area (
https://docs.archivesspace.org/tools/index.html).

This version fixes an issue with the "Internal Only" flag not being mapped
correctly, and also allow users to select which records types (Names,
Subjects, Accessions, Digital Objects, Resource) they want to make viewable
in public UI by default.
