[Archivesspace_Users_Group] note type conflict

Hi all,

This morning, we did a test run of ArchivesSpace user training at Yale. Doing so, we uncovered a few bugs and a number of questions. I'll plan to send separate emails for each issue, so please excuse the small-to-medium deluge.

One thing we noticed is that when a user creates a new note in a resource record (MakeNote.png), there are two different note type fields with controlled lists (TypeWHAAA.png, attached). In some cases, the second Note Type field is a more limited list, but it doesn't seem to conform to any model I've seen in EAD, DACS, etc.

A user could enter two drastically different note types, and the system wouldn't give an alert.  In the end, the second note type field determines the note type that is saved.

This seems like the kind of thing that could introduce unnecessary errors, or at least confusion. Could the application only display one Note Type per note?
