[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Formatting Title and Notes fields

Hi, Francis,

In the notes fields, you can select a section of text, say a title and list of "wrap and tag" options will become available from which you can choose the one you want:

Choosing an option wraps the selected text in the corresponding tag:

[cid:image004.png at 01CF2320.2A1D6990]


That encoding will then appear  in the Public interface as:

[cid:image005.png at 01CF2320.2A1D6990]

Presently, this wrap and tag function, and its corresponding public display, is available only for note fields.  However, one can manually insert such tags into title and other fields.  (See ArchivesSpace User Manual / ArchivesSpace Basics / Using XML in text fields.)
