[Archivesspace_Users_Group] error with creation of new resource

Hi Everyone,
I received an error when I tried to save a basic new resource, stating:
"translation missing: en.no key - Database integrity constraint conflict:
Java::ComMysqlJdbcExceptionsJdbc4::MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Unknown
column 'notes' in 'field list' ".

 I'm not sure if it's a bug or an error from upgrading ArchivesSpace. Has
anyone had this happen to them as well?
