<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">This webinar will review the practical benefits of PIDs (Persistent IDentifiers such as: DOIs, ROR, and ORCIDs) and explain how they can be used in the research workflow to create granular, transparent,
open, verifiable attribution - all consolidated into a convenient “Open Ledger”. Recognition counters (“COG”) are combined with recognition taxonomies (such as CRediT) to signal research contributions. Visualization tools and heuristics help interpret the
Open Ledger data to address specific use-cases such as communicating institutional research capabilities and impact.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
