[nfais-l] Project COUNTER query

NFAIS members: I have received a query today from someone interested in rapidly getting up to speed on COUNTER compliance. Specifically the request was for good introductory material (beyond the FAQ on Counter's website) that will address at least to some extent technical requirements. Can anyone on the list make recommendations for good articles and/or documentation?
