NFAIS Offers Condolences to Dick Kaser, Former Executive Director.

 

It is with great sorrow that I report that Victoria (Tory) Kaser, wife of
former NFAIS Executive Director, Dick Kaser, passed away on Saturday,
November 19, 2011.  Tory was, in Dicks' own words, "a wonderful editor who
brought American history and world geography to a generation of students in
her work for Merrill, McGraw-Hill, Prentice Hall and other educational
publishers and who until just this last week was the steady voice behind
Computers in Libraries magazine."

A family service was held on Sunday.  Dick thanks everyone in advance for
your kind thoughts and prayers.
