[nfais-l] NFAIS Question on Abstracts

NFAIS Question: Please Reply if You Can Help

 

A member organization has asked if any Abstracting and Indexing services
continue to have a limit on the number of words in an abstract (many years
ago some A&I's had limits as low as 250 words and would simply cut off at
that threshold). 

 

Please let me know by Monday, March 21, if you do or do not impose size
limits by sending me an e-mail at blawlor at nfais.org..  If you are interested
in hearing the results of the poll, let me know. (Organizations will not be
identified - I will simply report numbers).
