[MDL] MDL Vendor Day Survey - Please Complete

Dear MDL members,

The MDL Management Group is interested in hosting a Vendor Day if there is enough interest from MDL member libraries.

I am sending this request again to ask for your participation in a survey. It will take about 5 minutes to complete.
