[Material Order] CollectionSpace Accounts

Hi everyone,

This message is for each Institutional Admin of CollectionSpace instances.

Please maintain the CSpace User Account Log when creating accounts.  This provides us a history of users and their current account status and role.  This would also be a good time to inactive any users that are no longer affiliated with your institution - inactivate in CollectionSpace and update the log.
