of opting out during the term of this agreement. Notice of such termination must be given by 31<sup>st</sup> October of the preceding year. Termination must take effect on January 1<sup>st</sup> of the calendar year. If a Participating Institution terminates
after a calendar year begins they will not receive a refund of all or part of the license fee based on their subscriptions for that calendar year.</span></i><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></h2>
