to gather 55 libraries by

discount for all orders and begin to invoice participating

quite some time. HUP is still adjusting to their new business
model, and they relied on their experience last year to

adjustment to a calendar year frame of mind poses challenges
for them, as they have been used to planning based on their
spring and fall seasonal catalogs.<o:p></o:p></p>
