I’ve attached a memo that provides a thorough explanation of the offer and some commentary about the license negotiations that occurred in order to bring the license into compliance with ARL requirements. This is another “more-the-merrier” type of offer with greater discounts as more libraries participate. The deadline to express your intention to order is <b>February 28, 2013</b>, so we have only three months to gather a large group of participants.
