<p class="MsoNormal">On behalf of the ICOLC Coordinating Committee, thanks again for volunteering to help with the ICOLC web site and setting aside the time to meet today.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">According to my notes, we are planning to divide into two groups. One will be focused on the user interface, and the other on the technical upgrade.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The conversation today leads me to believe that it is likely that we will migrate to the latest version of Drupal, and that the site will continue to be hosted at LYRASIS. This is not a decision set in stone however, so if during your early
work you come to believe that a difference choice would work better, that’s fine.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u>Brandon Weigel</u></b> from BC ELN volunteered to liaise between the two groups.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We agreed that the work would be done during calendar 2020, as that deadline will provide a comfortable margin before the version of Drupal currently in use at the site is no longer supported in the fall of 2021.<o:p></o:p></p>
