Hello All,

The design group has proposed a series of basic improvements to make towards the website as it transitions over to the newest version of Drupal (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GeroXCsau3w02-7SiAPkKBdtD5W6hkMc6VU8AMaJlAY/edit?usp=sharing). I would like to propose that in our June 3rd meeting we review the changes, and, if schedules permit, we bring in our colleagues from the Technical Upgrade Group (Joel Shields and Aaron Krebeck) to see what is possible and what our timeline should look like.

Joel, Aaron, I am going to send you a meeting invitation for next week's meeting, and I hope you will be able to attend, since unfortunately the brunt of the work will fall on you to migrate the website. If you cannot attend, I will try to find a different meeting time with you that works better for your schedules.
