I believe the current stage we?re at is filling out the Purpose and Functionality document , still in progress ? is that right? Do we have notes from the Design Team meeting a while back? It would be nice to see a list of concrete action items that we could either work on or check off. With that I think we were waiting on the google doc to be completed with this information to then decide what the next steps are. Did it get completed? If not what can we do to help and/or is it time to schedule another meeting of the design group? -- Christy Karpinski, MLIS Digital Projects Coordinator Atla Collectors & Connectors in Religion & Theology ckarpinski at atla.com From: on behalf of Brandon Weigel Reply-To: ICOLC Web Site Task Force Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 1:44 PM To: ICOLC Web Site Task Force Subject: [Icolcweb] Next steps? Forgive me if it ends up in your mailbox twice.] Do we know who was expected to complete what? I believe someone had volunteered to take notes at the meeting; it would be good if those notes and notes from future meetings were uploaded to that Google Drive folder, with action items and responsibilities noted, so that it?s easy for everyone to see what?s been accomplished and what?s left. I think the document is partly completed, but there are still outstanding questions. Someone was going to do a review of the Working Groups section, I believe? Perhaps everyone in the Design team could review the document again and identify anything missing from the various sections. If the Design group can agree that it?s more or less complete, then I think the next steps we discussed were to mock up the structure of the new site (what kinds of pages we need and how they?d be organized in the menu). But my recollection isn?t clear.
