I had to convert to CSV for it to be able to be importable into ASpace, but then it worked like a charm. (I possibly should have tried CSV instead of Excel format in the first place). <p class="MsoNormal">I had a lot of difficulties with the dates in the bulk import with Excel auto correcting the format of the cells. Are you opening the bulk import template with Excel? You can try to switch the cell format to the proper format without the
time data in Excel, but I had such a rough time with Excel that I switched to using LibreOffice’s version of Excel (after a recommendation from this listserv) and it solved basically all my annoying formatting problems with the bulk import. I’m now a LibreOffice

or is there a way to prevent what I presume is time related data from being included? I can edit these out directly in ASpace, but it's a time consuming process that defeats the purpose of using the spreadsheet to import data.<u></u><u></u></p>
