<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to note that while the Usability sub-team of the Technical Advisory Council has been evaluating this popular plugin for consideration for incorporating its functionality into a future release of ArchivesSpace, it is not part of
the 3.4.0 release and is not in any branch of the core code. More information about those efforts should be forthcoming soon. In the meantime, I believe downloading the plugin from the
<a href="https://github.com/hudmol/as_spreadsheet_bulk_updater">github repository</a> of its maintainers, Hudson Molonglo, is the way to go.
