<p class="MsoNormal">I work for a small archives that is part of a public library system. We want to create a simple way to track what boxes are pulled for the Reading Room using the barcodes that are part of the top container subrecord . We don’t require people
to register to use our archives so a product like Aeon is way too sophisticated for our needs. Additionally, for privacy reason we don’t want to track specific user information. We just want to be able to pull basic information such as accession number, collection
title and top container information into a database when the barcode is scanned. Before I talk to our IT department I wanted to check to see if anyone has already built at tool like this for their repository?<o:p></o:p></p>
