Has anyone successfully used the included initialize-plugin script to install plugins

<b>with gem dependencies </b>on an M* mac? I've patched jRuby as per Mark Triggs (<a href="https://teaspoon-consulting.com/articles/archivesspace-on-the-m1.html" data-auth="NotApplicable" id="LPlnk393522">https://teaspoon-consulting.com/articles/archivesspace-on-the-m1.html</a>),

 but the plugin init script still flails. <br>

I've created a workaround script (happy to share if that's helpful) that uses an rbenv managed jruby, but just wondering if I'm missing something obvious?</div>

I'm testing against 3.3.1, but I think the issue will be the same across all AS releases.<br>
