It's of less importance than making sure an institution's own description has clear rights declarations, but it seems like it could be helpful for systems outside the GLAM world which may not inherently know that AAT data can be reproduced.</div><div><br></div><div>As a side note, I also want to be clear that while <i>DACS </i>requires metadata rights to be declared, it does <b>not </b>have to be done using the ArchivesSpace Metadata Rights Declaration subrecord.
