<p class="x_MsoNormal">With the discussion re: preprinted labels, I’m curious what labels you are using. Regular Avery file labels? Specialized labels with acid-free glue? Is anyone concerned about the long-term preservation issues associated with sticky
labels? I’ve had too many older files that were labelled with sticky labels where the labels have fallen off so I’m generally shy about using them, even if they meet preservation standards….</p>

<b>require</b> some additional CSS depending on the label layout you are using, but there are some examples in the plugin. You'll want to grab the latest release for your version of ArchivesSpace:

<p class="x_xmsonormal">Yes, we have developed just such a thing and have been using it for a while now, to print both folder and box labels—the program can either use the ingest spreadsheet that goes into ArchivesSpace, or it can retrieve data that is already
in ASpace to create the labels. Although this program is not intended to be Northwestern-specific, it is still an open question whether or not it can meet anyone else’s needs. Anyone interested in exploring the possibilities can contact Gary Strawn directly

file to pull out appropriately leveled container information but have run into problems with it off and on. I'd love to hear what others are doing to create folder labels in an automated way from a resource record if anyone has ideas or solutions to recommend.</span></p>
