<p>We are still on v2.2.1 and trying to load resource or collection
level (recordgrp) records into our Primo sandbox, but we only see
six harvested and imported.Run OAI request by hand,we do see "=="
in the resumptionToken after six records have been harvested. Does
this "==" cause premature end of harvesting? We have more than
1000 records at collection level.</p>
