I think the specific error you were getting was due to the lack of an agent_type. Try adding “agent_person” there. You will also need to fill in agent_name_name_order (“indirect”), move the name to agent_name_primary_name, and then add either an agent_name_source or and agent_name_rules. (I used “dacs” in agent_name_rules). Then the csv should load. :-)<br>

I’d say this needs to be better documented somewhere, but then I’d feel guilty for not having written it up myself.<br>
