<p class="MsoNormal">We’re having trouble searching for our own university records through our ASpace PUI because we’re using search strings like

<p class="MsoNormal">film AND “West Virginia University”<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">to find information on the film program at WVU, but the string “West Virginia University” appears in every single one of our resource records in the Physical Location note. Essentially, adding our institution’s name to a keyword search
in order to narrow the search results is useless.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Does anyone have suggestions or workarounds? I’m assuming we’re not the only university archive in this boat.<o:p></o:p></p>
