<p class="MsoNormal">Mark Custer and Susan Pyzynski were deeply entrenched in the public interface as they led the community effort of the Public User Interface Enhancement Working Group to shape this essential access point for archival collections. Now they
have moved onto their next great challenge — implementing the PUI at their own institutions. Mark and Susan will each share the strategies they have created to roll out the new PUI. Both institutions aim to be using the new PUI by early next year.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Grand Valley State University has been using the ArchivesSpace PUI since 2014 and have already rolled out the new public interface. Annie Benefiel and Leigh Rupinski will share valuable insight on how the PUI has affected their day-to-day
responsibilities of providing access to finding aids, as well as public reception and adapting their instruction for students and researchers.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Mark Custer</b> is an archivist and metadata coordinator at the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library. He has been heavily involved with the implementation of ArchivesSpace at Yale University, and he is the former chair of the ArchivesSpace
Public User Interface Enhancement Project. Mark is a graduate of the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Susan Pyzynski </b>is the Associate Librarian of Houghton Library for Technical Services, Harvard University. Previously, she was the Librarian for Special Collections and Digital Initiatives at Brandeis University. She is leading a
project to replace Harvard's archival discovery system.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Annie Benefiel </b>is the Archivist for Collection Management at Grand Valley State University. She oversees the accessioning, processing, and preservation of archival and manuscript collections and manages metadata for archival and
digital collections in the Special Collections & University Archives.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Leigh Rupinski</b> is Archivist for Public Services & Community Engagement at Grand Valley State University. She is responsible for instruction, reference, assessment, and other outreach activities for Special Collections & University
