<p class="MsoNormal">With the new version of the public user interface nearly complete, we are pleased to announce a member-led project to enhance, streamline, and make the staff interface of the ArchivesSpace software application more accessible. As part
of this effort, we are calling for member volunteers to participate in a working group to examine the current staff interface and identify improvements. A fuller description of what we are asking this working group to take on is included below.<o:p></o:p></p>

<b>Friday, June 30</b>. We are looking for broad participation across the different sizes and types of organizations that use ArchivesSpace.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In addition to the working group itself, there will be calls for feedback and participation at regular intervals. The first of these will be an in person focus group held in conjunction with the ArchivesSpace Member Forum in Portland on
July 25. This will by no means be the last opportunity to give feedback, but we anticipate that it will help us get things off to a great start.<o:p></o:p></p>
