<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Before I installed the Windows service and the changes necessary to run against MySQL, I ran it against the demo database. No problems accessing that.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I am checking with another vendor of ours where their app uses MySQL and Java to make sure that any changes I make don’t cripple their app.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">There is only one system variable that I left alone because of that. Once I hear back from them, I can make a change and see if that allows me access.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
