<div>I don’t know if this import error has been brought up yet. I just imported an EAD into ArchivesSpace with scope and contents notes on the item-level. The EAD imported with each scope and contents note marked as unpublished in the note level. The text block
was marked as publish. See attached screenshot.</div>
