Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] Finding aid edits not saving

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I spent the last couple of hours editing a finding aid, mainly using the CUT and PASTE buttons and the MOVE menu to shift item-level records between series, then re-order them within their new series. I hit the SAVE button whenever it wasn’t
dimmed out, and waited for the green “updated” message before moving on. I had some problems using the MOVE menu previously, so I was sure to move slowly and hit that save button at every opportunity.

I then deleted one item, which closed the record. When I re-opened the two series I had been editing, ALL of my previous edits were gone. All of the items that had been moved and re-ordered where back where they were when I first opened
the record two hours ago.

Is this a problem with our local setup, or have other encountered this type of thing?

Thanks,
