<p class="MsoNormal">I’m curious if anyone on the list has had any success with customizing the exports of MARCXML records for Resources in ArchivesSpace. I’ve seen the wiki post at

https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=18088140</a> about customizing the EAD exports, but it looks like the MARC serializer only exports datafields and subfields that are populated in the MARC export model, which doesn’t seem
to be something I can customize as a local plugin. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have some local rules for populating the 001, 949, etc. fields in our catalog that I’d like to take care of in the ArchivesSpace export directly, rather than having to run the XMLs through MarcEdit or a Perl script as an intermediate
step before we import them into our ILS. Any tips or sample code would be appreciated. thanks!<o:p></o:p></p>
