There’s just the “note type” and the “content.”</span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"MS Mincho""> </span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:FangSong"> In the “slow data entry” mode, adding the note label lets the note be displayed
as “General Note.”</span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"MS Mincho""> </span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:FangSong"> Without the label, the default is the note type and it will just be displayed as “Gneral.”</span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"MS Mincho""> </span></b><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:FangSong">
