It’s been reported to me that certain fields, like “Finding Aid Author” seem to sometimes appear in the public view and sometimes not.<br>

It appears that this behavior is dependent on Finding Aid Status = “completed” .<br>

Can someone explain the purpose or logic of this behavior ?<br>
