[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Change priority of DST bug fix?

We were bitten again by the daylight savings time change bug:  https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-1229

I see that many other institutions have also been affected by this bug over the years.  Would it be possible to move the priority higher than "Minor" for a fix?
