[Archivesspace_Users_Group] [External] Advice requested on updating public texts with yml

I’m not sure that I completely understand what all is going on with this, but the permissions denied on /data/tmp/* seems like the first thing you might want to address. You could see how it goes after you change the permissions on that directory?

I have modified the title, among other things, in a new en.yml file that I want to be visible to the public.  But even after a restart, the public site continues to display the old info.  I renamed the old en.yml files so as not to lose them and I know via grep results that there can be no other hiding place for where the public website data is coming from.  Is there a better way to force Ruby to display current info?
