[Archivesspace_Users_Group] MY SQL not set up right

Hello,
It looks like our MYSQL is not set up right to back up archivesspace
because whenever we sign on it says we are using apache derby. Does anyone
know if there is a way to set up MYSQL after we have already entered things
into archivesspace? Will it mess anything up?
