[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Upload Error Code

I tried to import some accession records today and I keep running into issues. Most of the previous errors appeared to be fields that needed to be filled in and I was able to correct those issues, but the most recent attempt gave me an error code I don’t know how to read. Would anyone be able to help me figure out what I did wrong?
