[Archivesspace_Users_Group] 3.2.0 not clearing jetty directories from /data/tmp

But yes, it’s safe to delete those /tmp directories when you shutdown and restart. 
I assume the temp files are owned by whoever starts up the server. 
So the archivesspace.sh startup script would be the place to insert a command to remove the existing temp files before starting.
