[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Collection Organization tab

[Lara Friedman-Shedlov]

Using Firefox, the only way to scroll down the main content section of the
page (the larger section on the left) is using the scroll wheel on the
mouse (and for some reason it only scrolls painfully slowly). There is no
slider on the scroll bar, and clicking on it does not work either.

This is using Firefox on Windows 10.  This has been replicated on many
computers in our organization, and it is currently happening to me at home.

The JIRA you reference does appear to describe this issue.
