[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Blank collection organization view for all resources

If anyone has this problem in the future, a restart of the ArchivesSpace 
application seems to restore the collection organization view. If this 
issue is related...

...then it may be fixable by updating to a newer version of Rails. But 
we've only had one occurrence in countless restarts, so it isn't a huge 
priority.
