[Archivesspace_Users_Group] default rights statement

Hello all,

We're in the process of starting up with ArchivesSpace, using a hosted instance.  We'd like to set a default rights statement, that can be overridden in those few cases where we have something different, but while I'm pretty sure I found where each staff person can set a field default for their own work, I've not been able to find how to do this for the whole repository.  We're moving over from PDF finding aids and have minimal tech support in house, so I'm really hoping this is doable without coding!
