[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Agent suggestions in 2.4.1

I think that this is related to the issue discussed in this thread:

which I believe started happening in version 2.3.

The 'AND' search (which does look to be the default in 2.5 as Kevin said)
is one solution and may be good enough. We opted to modify the default
search parameters to boost matches on the title field. This can now be done
via the config and there are instructions on how to do it in the comments:
