Celia,
I don’t have any examples to share however did you see the recent notification that version 2.0 of the NYARC Metadata Application Profile for Description of Websites with Archives Versions was recently released? I’ve copied the announcement and links that was sent to the PCC list below…

Version 2 Released: Metadata Application Profile for Description of Websites with Archived Versions
The second version of the New York Art Resources Consortium (NYARC) Metadata Application Profile for Description of Websites with Archived Versions has recently been released and is available via the NYARC Wiki<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__sites.google.com_site_nyarc3_web-2Darchiving_8-2Dmetadata-2Dfor-2Dweb-2Darchives&d=DwMFAg&c=18_toIngWFRnTOSOpFsNCg&r=RYc7FwqTCL1neMC9GXiEgQ&m=_SzzEpEfwTd8YjdpZRzl7Rh_UQFyIHKQA5JHr95VZ2E&s=VoFUH2ZTYXDE3yLBBmRgfOl_QVb6m97j1WOaQ2Bw53Y&e=> and via the DLF AIG Metadata Application Profile Clearinghouse Project<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__dlfmetadataassessment.github.io_MetadataSpecsClearinghouse_nyarc_&d=DwMFAg&c=18_toIngWFRnTOSOpFsNCg&r=RYc7FwqTCL1neMC9GXiEgQ&m=_SzzEpEfwTd8YjdpZRzl7Rh_UQFyIHKQA5JHr95VZ2E&s=VkxDELsjo1pL03ofaBKFZJ-WhnyJSCBXMljQ2BD_neI&e=>. The new version of the profile reflects the current practice of describing websites, which has evolved over the past three years since the release of version 1, and specifies the core elements that are recommended for describing websites that are both live and archived, especially in the context of bibliographic description. While based on NYARC’s cataloging practices using MARC, Version 2.0 is intended to be a reference for the library and archives community at large.
Originally authored in June 2015 and revised in August 2018 by consultant Rebecca Guenther<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.meetyourdata.com_&d=DwMFAg&c=18_toIngWFRnTOSOpFsNCg&r=RYc7FwqTCL1neMC9GXiEgQ&m=_SzzEpEfwTd8YjdpZRzl7Rh_UQFyIHKQA5JHr95VZ2E&s=h3YU73G62-yr3yOxdaJNJ0LPOPX6ZF-kpF28CdiiRzw&e=>, the metadata application profile includes a summary and data dictionary of data elements for description of websites with archived versions in a MARC/RDA environment, notes on MARC record coding, and sample records created by NYARC catalogers. In addition, the data dictionary entries include mappings between the elements and those in other metadata standards, including BIBFRAME, EAD, schema.org<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__schema.org_&d=DwMFaQ&c=18_toIngWFRnTOSOpFsNCg&r=mQliwmK6zwfiIxbNQ4zgJQ&m=aLg91Z7Zw9oC_8S69sibFgjV_Z95gITitTOjV9hEf9k&s=FKQSf1ffhmy3wihRIkcziEumQCZtZy5rqS1VaPR5t48&e=>, and OCLC guidelines, among others. NYARC has implemented these updated guidelines into our workflow for describing the archived websites included in NYARC’s 10 Archive-It collections<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__archive-2Dit.org_organizations_484&d=DwMFAg&c=18_toIngWFRnTOSOpFsNCg&r=RYc7FwqTCL1neMC9GXiEgQ&m=_SzzEpEfwTd8YjdpZRzl7Rh_UQFyIHKQA5JHr95VZ2E&s=o_a5TwaEQbvopE8wf4bKcNQAj16fGmU-bQYrJHbY9Kg&e=>. We welcome feedback from the community on our application profile for describing websites with archived versions.
Many thanks to Rebecca Guenther for her excellent work on the profile and to NYARC’s technical services staff for their input and testing along the way!

Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] How do you describe/include archived websites in your finding aids?
Hi everyone,
I'd love to see examples of how you're entering information about archived websites (e.g. captured in Archive-It) into ArchivesSpace. Are you using the Digital Object module? Are you also creating Archival Objects? What fields are you filling in?
I know there are some plugins to support this (e.g. https://github.com/NYULibraries/Archivesspace-DO-Plugin/wiki/Archive-It-Integration or https://github.com/bentley-historical-library/bhl_aspace_archive_it) but I want to think it through before asking the sysadmin to install anything.
We are using the PUI so I would especially appreciate examples in the PUI.
Thanks in advance!
Celia
