[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Another Reordering Question

I believe the answer to my last post was "it was a pre-Thanksgiving mental fit."  After posting I went back in and it had reappeared.

So the next question is, when reading the manual, it says that you can select multiple items by using the ctrl+click.  However, when I use that combination (or shift+click or alt+click, it justs open another browser tab with the same page.  Is this a bug that has been identified?  I'm in version 2.4.1 and we are self-hosting.
