[Archivesspace_Users_Group] implementing lcnaf plugin

Hi all,
Thanks for bringing this up.  The ticket has been opened again - it sounded like it was working for a while but went down again.  The latest comment on the ticket now points to an API for VIAF - https://platform.worldcat.org/api-explorer/apis/VIAF and the ticket is back in the Development Prioritization queue.  If anyone has additional comments or insights on the issue, please feel free to comment/vote on the ticket!

    There's a note from Christine on April 20 about it working now, but it still isn't working for us.

    What's required to implement the LCNAF Plugin? I see the line in config.rb but what' "3rd party services" are required? Is implementing this plugin described somewhere?
