[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Agent Links and Relators

Hi all,

We've only begun cataloging collections in ArchivesSpace fairly recently,
so these may be basic questions, but I can't find obvious resources to
answer them. When creating agent links, all agents must be assigned a role
as either Creator, Source or Subject. Additionally, these may be specified
with a list of relator fields drawn from
http://www.loc.gov/marc/relators/relaterm.html. As far as I can tell,
neither of these are among the lists of controlled values that can be
edited.

Problem: How to identify the recipient of a letter in this schema. It is
not clear to me whether a recipient is a Creator, a Source, or a Subject of
a letter. Additionally, according to the loc.gov site, "recipient" has been
updated to "addressee," but I can find no way to reflect this change in
ArchivesSpace.

Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks.
